These delivery terms apply to orders placed directly on emberstonecare.co.uk. Amazon orders follow the delivery terms shown on Amazon.

Tracked delivery

Evri tracked delivery costs £3.10 per order. £3.10 tracked delivery across the UK. All charges are shown before payment.

When we dispatch

Paid orders received before 1pm UK time (Europe/London), Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders received from 1pm onwards are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

When to expect your parcel

Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking details are sent when your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, contact info@emberstonecare.co.uk and we will help.

Where we deliver

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands, at the same £3.10 charge.

We do not currently offer international, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO delivery through this checkout.

Please check the address before continuing to payment. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us promptly. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can put it right.
