Your purchase

The direct purchase pilot covers Slate Restoration Oil in a 100ml spray bottle. Photographic props, cloths and other products are not included unless expressly listed. Please read the product description and suitability guidance before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). No VAT is charged; Emberstone is not VAT registered. Delivery is shown separately before payment. Stripe securely processes your payment; Emberstone does not receive your full card number. No account or subscription is required.

Placing an order

Check the product, quantity, delivery address and total before completing payment. The final Stripe payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. A payment confirmation acknowledges the payment. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for it.

Delivery

See our delivery policy for charges, service areas and timings. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you nominate, subject to your statutory rights.

Cancellations and problems

Our returns and refunds policy explains the 14-day cancellation period, how to return goods and how refunds are handled. Please contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Product care

Follow the product label and Slate Oil care guide. Patch test first on a discreet area. Apply sparingly to suitable clean, dry, cool slate and buff away excess. Oil can make surfaces slippery.
